Hey guys and gals, thanks so much for joining us for “StarCAST”… That’s what we’re calling BinaryStar Music’s podcast, which will be a free-format show embracing all the different genres that reflect our musical tastes. No two shows will be alike. StarCAST promises to be as eclectic and incredibly varied, as the cast of characters bringing their Podsafe Music to you direct from Miami, FL – USA.

Here’s a little background… long-time friends/songwriters/engineers Carlos and Henry (Hanko) co-founded the production company BinaryStar Music, in June of 2005. The idea was to record, produce and promote music that we as music-lovers, would buy in a record store (or download legally of course). Since then we’ve discovered SO many talented songwriters not only via podcasts and online, (we’ve got to plug C.C. Chapman of accidenthash.com for turning us on to podcasting, YOU ROCK brother!) – but right here in South Florida as well. Naturally, the only logical thing to do, is to share their material and website info. with you guys on StarCAST. We encourage our listeners to purchase any music you enjoy off StarCAST by visiting the artist’s official website. These artists work hard, please support them!

StarCAST will feature one acoustic “LIVE” performance each month and introduce listeners to brand new music. Not only from BinaryStar’s roster of talent, but from artists we ALL enjoy from the Podsafe Music Network, Garageband.com and MySpace.

Ed Roses (of HollEr) has his very own segment called “Random Information” and the topic week to week will be a surprise to everyone, including us.
